Casting has been announced for the North American premiere of the West End hit musical 'Everybody is Talking About Jamie' coming to Los Angeles at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre January 16 through February 20, 2022.

BroadwayHD has unveiled a lineup of star-studded titles with classic movie musicals, concerts and spectacular theater performances. Kicking off the month on November 1st is the 1976 musical romantic drama film, A Star is Born, featuring Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson.

The Royal Shakespeare Company today released the first images of new musical The Magician’s Elephant by Nancy Harris (book/lyrics) and Marc Teitler (music/lyrics) based on the novel by prize-winning children’s author Kate DiCamillo.

Magic Goes Wrong, the Olivier nominated box office hit created by Mischief with Magic legends Penn & Teller, today revealed the cast for its strictly limited run at the Apollo Theatre, from 21 October 2021 through to 27 February 2022.

Layton Williams and Roy Haylock (also known as Bianca Del Rio, winner of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”) will reprise their roles in the hit West End musical “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” when it makes its North American premiere at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre January 16 through February 20, 2022. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

New Adventures is delighted to announce the World Premiere of Matthew Bourne’s The Midnight Bell, which will visit Theatre Royal Brighton from Tue 14 – Sat 18 September, as part of a UK tour to 13 venues this year.

The production is led by Gina Beck (Matilda, Show Boat, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera) as Nellie*, Julian Ovenden (Bridgerton, Downton Abbey, Merrily We Roll Along, Grand Hotel, BBC Proms) as Emile, Joanna Ampil (Cats, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon) as Bloody Mary, Keir Charles (Quiz, Back To Life) as Luther Billis and Rob Houchen (Les Misérables, The Light in the Piazza) as Cable. 

Magic Goes Wrong, the box office hit created by Mischief with Magic legends Penn & Teller, has announced today that it will return to the West End for a strictly limited run at the Apollo Theatre, from 21 October 2021 through to 27 February 2022. 

The world stage premiere of The Magician's Elephant will run in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre from Thursday 14 October 2021 to Saturday 1 January 2022 with press night on Tuesday 26 October 2021. Learn more about the production here!

Sadler's Wells has announced a further three productions for autumn 2021, including a new production from Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, an off-site presentation from Charlotte Spencer in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and a triple bill from Birmingham Royal Ballet featuring Carlos Acosta and Alessandra Ferri.

Matthew Bourne’s production of “The Red Shoes” premieres Friday, March 19 at 8 pm and streams Saturday, March 20 at 5 and 8 pm; and Sunday, March 21 at 1 and 5 pm (all times Pacific). The Red Shoes” is a tale of obsession, possession and one girl’s dream to be the greatest dancer in the world.

Matthew Bourne’s “Romeo and Juliet” is premiering Thursday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. and streaming Friday, February 19 at 5 and 8 pm; Saturday, February 20 at 2, 5 and 8 p.m. and Sunday, February 21 at 1 and 6:30 p.m. (all times Pacific).

Center Theatre Group is extending its series of beautifully captured New Adventures productions on the Digital Stage with Matthew Bourne’s production of “The Red Shoes.” Streamed five times only, the schedule will be Friday, March 19 at 8 pm; Saturday, March 20 at 5 and 8 pm; and Sunday, March 21 at 1 and 5 pm (all times Pacific).
