Who's Louise? Is she one of Oda Mae's assistants? I don't remember any of the characters having names outside of the four principals (characters were called things like Hospital Ghost and Subway Ghost, IIRC!)
Yes Louise is one of Oda Mae Brown's sister. The track also is a cover for Oda Mae, Louise I believe, being the first cover. Clara (the other sister) is also a cover
