According to Baz Louise Dearman , former Glinda in Wicked, is said to become the first actress to play both lead roles as she is due to take over from Rachel Tucker (who she starred alongside as Glinda) in October.
It's definitely true - and it's awesome news! Louise is one of the genuine world class female performers in the West End. Haven't seen Wicked for quite a while - now, with Louise and Gina in the leads, I must get there in the autumn!
