A Movie? A TV Show? Yes, Prime Minister!

It appears that readings are currently happening in London for a film or TV adaptation of West End play Yes, Prime Minister to go into production in September with David Haig and Henry Goodman.



Yes, Prime Minister is currently running at Trafalgar Studios.

But it was already a TV show.....

A remake, based on the play, of course. I'm not sure at the moment whether this new adaptation is movie or TV, different sources say different things.

I haven't seen this till now. I feared I wouldn't like it because I absolutely love the orignal tv-series. Great writing and a fantastic cast. Maybe I should give it a go

The stage version didn't do well in Australia. It starred Philip Quast. The TV series had been a big success though.
