Victoria Wood is expected to announce soon a season of 3 Sunday concerts at the London Palladium for November.
The event will consist of her much loved familiar standards and a whole new batch of new material together with an audience question section.

I like Victoria Wood, she hasn't done much stand up apart from one-off gigs but I think she'll do well at the Palladium. I doubt she'll tour again due to her family but it's good to see her back on stage.

He concerts at the Palladium were always better than the ones at the Royal Albert Hall. Comedy should be intimate.
For these she will perform with a company. It is believed that the new material will be scotches written for the stage!

I'm afraid I find her humour is a cross between boring and annoying and not remotely funny. So will be avoiding this.

Saw her just the once at St Davids Hall in Cardiff in the late 80s and it was a 2hr struggle. Half an hour on TV is OK.
