There's an intriguing-looking "sung through play" at the King's Head Theatre called "Spinach" (sneak preview photos & further details in the BWW article linked below). I have no idea what it's going to be like but I have booked my ticket to see it on Sunday July 1!
The mere presence of Cassie Compton in the cast is reason enough for me to give it a try. Cassie has one of the most astonishing vloices I have ever been privileged to listen to. BWW: Photoflash - SPINACH at the King's Head

Saw this last night and was blown away. I was expecting a thiller, but didn't think it would be so funny. Sung through but with very few stand alone songs it really is a truly original piece of musical theatre. All four cast are tremendous and it packs so much into 80 minutes that you are on tenterhooks the whole time. Hope you like it was much as we did Bob. There is more on my blog if you're interested.
