As BroadwayWorld previously reported, 'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart is hoping to soon test her acting chops onstage, preferrably in the West End. Inspired by friend Eddie Redmayne, whom she saw perform in RED at the Donmar Warehouse (Redmayne is now performing in RED on Broadway), Stewart told 'Vogue' magazine of the challenge: "Unlike movie acting, you have to deliver the whole performance there and then. You live it every night."

According to Baz Bamigboye in the U.K. Daily Mail today, a West End producer and director are attempting to woo the actress to the stage.  Reportedly, she has casually met with the theater makers, who have given her several scripts.  No project has been decided upon.  Complicating an imminent appearance in the West End are Stewart's fim committments:  she has one more 'Twilight' film to shoot and soon begins production on On The Road.

Stewart is most well known for playing Bella in the wildly popular 'Twilight Saga' films. Her other film credits include, 'Panic Room,' 'Cold Creek Manor,' 'Undertow' for which she was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performace In a Feature Film- Supporting Young Actress, 'Zathura,' 'The Cake Eaters,' 'Into The Wild,' 'Jumer,' 'Adventureland,' 'The Runaways,' and the upcoming 'On The Road.'
