THE 39 STEPS Turns 3 in The West End, Hosts Contest for Best Alfred Hitchcock Look-Alike in Celebration

Producers of the smash hit stage comedy The 39 Steps which is based on Alfred Hitchcock's 1935 classic film thriller, are celebrating their 3rd birthday in the West End by launching a nationwide contest to discover Britain's best Alfred Hitchcock lookalike.

And the winner and a guest will be celebrating in the Big?Apple as the prize is a weekend for two in New York (flights courtesy of American Airlines) and tickets to see The 39 Steps there.

John Hopkins - John Nettles' police partner DS Dan Scott in ITV's hugely successful "Midsomer Murders" - has just joined the cast to star as Richard Hannay, as has Natalie Walter - Carolyn in ITV's "Babes in the Wood" - in the triple roles of Annabella Schmidt, Pamela and Margaret.
