BWW:UK understands that David Thaxton, Olivier-nominated for his role in the Donmar's Passion (and seen here in that production opposite Scarlett Strallen), will be taking over as Raoul in Love Never Dies after next month's cast change.
No announcement has officially been made, but Thaxton's Spotlight page (the official directory for UK actors) has been updated withe details of the engagement.
The New York Times reported earlier this week that Celia Graham, Sierra Boggess's current understudy as Christine, will be taking over the lead role.
There is no news yet as to who will be playing opposite her as the Phantom, but it is thought that Ramin Karimloo may extend his contract at the Adelphi Theatre.
