Charley Pride's UK Tour Starts Friday

Recently seen on Later with Jools Holland, the legendary American country music singer, Charley Pride starts his UK tour on Friday November 9 at London's The indig02, followed by concerts at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (Nov 10) andGlasgow Royal Concert Hall (Nov 11). Tickets are available from www.ticketline.co.uk, 0844 888 9991. All concerts start at 7:30pm. 

Charley Pride is one of America's most celebrated country music singers. His greatest musical success came in the early-to-mid 1970s when he became the best-selling performer for RCA Records since Elvis Presley. He has garnered 39 No.1 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Pride is one of the few African-American artists to experience success in country music, and only the second African American inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.
