BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net with headquarters in New York City, is currently seeking a part-time Editor in the UK to manage our ever-growing Newsdesk from the hours of 6am - 10am Eastern Standard (11am - 3pm London time).
Responsibilities include overwriting and publishing all press releases in our central inbox, drafting original stories from news tips/briefings, managing photo and video columns, and handling correspondence with press reps around the world.
Applicants must be able to write quickly and accurately, possess a strong command for the English language, share a knowledge and passion for the theater, and be able to work independently. This position is remote and requires you to have secure access to a computer and high speed internet only. Access to New York is not required.
Compensation: Hourly commensurate with experience. Position is available immediately.
