Artistic Director David Hutchinson Joins Sell A Door's LORD OF THE FLIES, Opens 9/27

Amongst the cast will be Artistic Director David Hutchinson who returns to the stage following a period working behind the scenes as director and producer. Hutchinson will play young schoolboy Roger, and will be accompanied by a number of recently graduated actors from some of the leading drama schools in the UK.

Robert Sladden takes the principle role of Roger, accompanied by David Shopland as Piggy and Matthew Grace as Simon. David Eaton and Adam Glass pair up as twins Sam and Eric, while Birmingham School of Acting graduate Matthew J Staton will be playing the role of Jack.

Jonathan Ashby-Rock and Scott Chambers will complete the cast playing the parts of Maurice and Percival respectively.

The story centers on a group of boys, who stranded on a desert island, find themselves succumbing to their darker instincts and primal urges.

The tour opens at the Mull Theatre on September 27, then visiting Rothersay Pavilion, St. Andrews Byre, Greenock Arts Guild, Stirling MacRobert, Aberdeen Lemon Tree, Musselburgh Brunton Theatre, Paisley Arts Center, Livingston Howden Park Center, Dumfries Theatre Royal, Norwich Playhouse, and Swansea Grand Theatre
