Two months have passed since Lee Mead was crowned winner of the BBC reality show, Any Dream Will Do. But, often losing a show like this is also good for your career, so what about the others? Glenn Meads has a look at the runners up and finds out, where are they now?
Craig Chalmers came fifth in the show and had huge support from Bill Kenwright, so much so that the ex cabaret singer is treading the boards in the regions real soon. He is to play Joseph in Kenwright's touring version of the hit show. I predicted this in the early rounds as Chalmers received brilliant comments from Bill, even when other judges knocked him. There are also unconfirmed reports that he is to make an album. 
Ben Ellis has something to celebrate also. With the hit film Hairspray doing the rounds at the moment, what better time to gain a part in the West End show of the same name? Playing the part of Link, Ben has a plumb role and looks set to do very well for himself. On wining the role, Ben said: "I am over the moon as this has been my dream and what I've worked towards for years."
Lewis Bradley may have lost the role of Joseph once, but never fear as he is to share the role with Lee for one show a week. Such is the demand for tickets, an extra matinee might be added and Lewis is going to step onto the stage - to give Lee a well earned rest. With bookings going through the roof, how long can it be before Lewis does more shows? He may have cried a great deal on the show, but I bet he's smiling now!
The bridesmaid, runner up Keith Jack is hardly going to end up back at Tesco's either. He has a recording contract with X Factor judge and Westlife mastermind, Louis Walsh. My spies tell me that he is also to play the narrator on the Joseph tour, alongside Craig. So, regional audiences will get two Josephs for the price of one. So, that's the top 5, but what about some of the other contestants?

Rob McVeigh, otherwise known as 'Rob The Builder' is in panto as Dandini in Sheffield Lyceum's Cinderella this Christmas.
Daniel Boys – recently performed in Sweeney Todd at the Royal Festival Hall. Surely, more roles will follow.
There are rumours of many other reality musical shows on the way, including Saturday Night Fever and Jesus Christ Superstar.
