According to the Daily Mail, CHICAGO will close at the West End's Garrick Theatre after a 15-year revival run on September 1, 2012.
"We've done 15, so I think we've done extremely well," Producer Barry Weissler told the Daily Mail. "Now we'll tip our hats and go off."

Throughout its run, international big-name stars Christie Brinkley, America Ferrera, Brooke Shields and Sacha Distel have graced CHICAGO's cast, as well as UK natives Maria Friedman, Henry Goodman, Nigel Planer, Denise Van Outen, Linzi Hateley, Kelly Osbourne and Raza Jaffrey. Olympic skating gold medallist Robin Cousins will play Billy Flynn from Tuesday, July 17, continuing through the rest of the run.

CHICAGO originally opened at the Adelphi Theatre on 18 November 1997 to rave reviews and immediately became a sell-out hit. CHICAGO transferred from the Adelphi Theatre to the Cambridge Theatre in April 2006, where it ran for five years until 27 August 2011.
CHICAGO, which is based on the play by Maurine Dallas Watkins, has a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. CHICAGO is choreographed by Ann Reinking in the style of Bob Fosse and directed by Walter Bobbie. The West End production of CHICAGO is staged by the entire original Broadway creative team. CHICAGO is produced in London by the Broadway producers Barry and Fran Weissler.
